Wayfair is America's biggest online interiors retailer, and I worked as their head of UK copy. 

The lead creative in the UK team, I managed three junior copywriters and developed a strong, unique tone of voice, rolling it out and maintaining quality across our TV adverts (below), direct mailers, site content and newsletters.

From planning and writing features to titling our in-house brands, I was responsible for establishing and polishing a distinct British tone of voice for the brand.
