Specsavers was looking to overhaul its UK content offering and draw customers into its site with features and information from its opticians. 

Working for the content agency Biglight, I wrote the brand's first UK trend features, rewrote its entire archive of 'Ask the Expert' pieces, making the tone of voice more customer-friendly.

I also rewrote its customer order journeys as part of a UX design team, and wrote the copy for the Specsavers try-on app, launched in 2015.
