I was brought on as UX copywriter for FutureLearn, the UK's leading online provider of online courses, a part of The Open University.  

Working closely with the marketing and design teams, I helped deliver campaigns, optimise microsite copy and product content features.

Other projects included writing the messaging for a campaign with the British Council, writing SEO-optimised career advice pages and providing microcopy for the launch of FutureLearn's first refer-a-friend scheme.
